Metal World Globe Sculpture
Assembling
The metal world globe sculpture is assembled with three steps.
1:the first step is the bending the spherical tube frame.
2:the second step is laser cutting the precise stainless steel world map continent. then bending the world map sheet to spherical.
3:the final step is assembling the world map with tube frame.
Surface finish can be made with mirror polishing, Brushed(satin), Sandblasting, Electroplating titanium color and spray painting.

Covered Steel world map thickness :1mm to 6mm (20GA to 3GA)
Frame tube diameter is variate with the globe size changes.normally we’re bending with ∅19mm(¾”),∅25mm (1″),∅38mm(1½”),∅51mm(2″).
sandblasting the world map with country name and national boundary line is available on customization.
